I discovered my love for makeup in 2009. That is when I discovered what we now call the beauty community on YouTube. I became obsessed with watching the likes of Jackie Aina, Desi Perkins, Patricia Bright, Nikkietutorials, just to name a few.  

In 2014 I finally got the courage to start my own channel and this only aided my makeup obsession. In between managing my channel, many people started asking if I offered makeup services and my immediate answer was no! Lol. I knew that was a whole different ball game. But the more I showcased my work on myself the more I was asked.

Naturally everyone around me thought I would just dive right into the world of makeup artistry, but I knew I had to seek God first. I wanted to make sure this was really my calling. After receiving confirmation and taking a few hands-on makeup courses, ANULOOK BEAUTY was born.

Towards the end of 2018, I claimed 2019 as my year to “Boss Up”. I have many motivational factors to keep pushing, but my daughter, Anuoluwa (Anu) is the biggest factor because I have to leave a legacy for her and her sibling. I want all of the little Anu’s of the world to know they can be it all. A wife, a mother, a business woman, an incredible friend, a sister, and the list goes on. Anu is at the heart of ANULOOK BEAUTY, and I can’t wait to glam you for your special occasions!
